We shall overcome

Letters' To The President

As we enchant on the second term, and the final mark of your career. We must look at the legacy of our buck, on how far we have come to how long that mountain can reach. We have come so far as people; when we cast our votes for a man whose content in the character out ways the disadvantages with men who have a different content in bedded in their skin.

Although we've created a passionate vibe to disenfranchised the fear of voting for a minority -- yet, we have not open those closed doors; to others. As our economic state is pressured by lack of indivisible and individual economic security, men without a gratitude of pigment bare witness to the lack of diversity when it comes to our economical state. We are in a state of an economical emergency, since no time in the history of our country has our men been unable to secure an economic stability on their feasible interest.

We have always been a united front, when our government has come together to ensure that our economical sanctuary isn't compromise as a bargaining chip for politics; or have one district; with less than a million people hold an entire country hostage. When John F. Kennedy spoke of: "It's not what this country can do for you, rather than what you can do for this country," spoke widely on our principles that we are united when we share compromising responsibilities.

This must be that standing moment; where we finally close that chapter of character disenfranchisement. Where people, from all backgrounds can come together and prosper together as one; in a nation of many. Since this country was built on legal immigration -- where the poor and the weak can strive for success. And as we speak no country has embraced a story like President Barack Hussein Obama. Our people; our country has changed in geological standings that shows, we aren't a bunker nation anymore. That our children, can learn from each other and the content isn't judge by their pigment -- yet by their character. And on this day as we celebrate the history of coming together -- since we shall overcome. Overcome the partisan challenges of one district and one way. Overcome the bickering and hatred of one party against the other. Overcome the challenges of budgeting politics; over the nation's people. Overcome the principles of you're alone. Overcome the fatigue sense for this country's value for our leaders.

We shall overcome come, and maybe this is that day. A day were we aren't divided on kitchen table principles anymore. A day were we aren't judge by our religion anymore. A day were we aren't divided by state and party politics anymore. When your title as a republican, democrat or an independent isn't segregated by leadership's view on were you should be; rather than who we are as a country?

Although, we have many differences our country's resolve hasn't been a last second chant on the final hour. We have always been a country of big things; the place where firsts happen. A place that embarked the same principles of united we stand, divided we fall. Your Country, My Country; Our Country isn't divided after all. We've overcome the two world wars, the segregation on people; and now is that time to end the segregation in our economics.

Since there is no such thing as a red state; a blue state because we are the United States of America. We can't be looking backwards to the bickering of the past but move forward on unity. We've come together when our nation was at that defining moment. A moment that our color isn't defined by pigment, race, original origin status, redmen, bluemen, rich, poor or middle class but by the values your spirit gives to this country.

Our country needs to overcome some of these partisan challenges; that segregate us all. A challenge that can end a gridlock based on what party you have; and respecting the office of this country. Although we elect a party representative from a particular party; we as people elect a person to represent our country in overcoming some of these challenges. Overcoming the politics of the day to ensure the need for our country's resolve. Overcoming a divided Congress that's holding the rest of the nation in limbo. Overcoming leaderships' role; that country matters; not districts, one particular state or party but our resolve as a nation.

The office of the president isn't to represent one race, one culture, one creed, one party, or one district; to one state -- yet to represent us all. And that's a moment where all leader in leadership roles must, and shall overcome. Leaders, need to overcome their districts; leaders need to overcome their states; leaders need to overcome their parties. As we overcome our defiant resolve to a united frontier.

Four Years Ago, we as a public and as united people rallied for change. We stand committed to bring change to Washington -- as we now found out, changing the status quo isn't easy, or landscaping fast as we expected. The next generation isn't about one set of values, over the standing of the others. And change isn't about what's in your pocket, or the money value you've contributed; yet its about our vibe on unity.

President Barack Obama, I still believe that our country can overcome. And you're the leader that can drive that change to overcome this nations' hardest obstacles. Overcome some of the violent state our youth have foreseen over the years. Overcome the segregation our poor have foreseen within our government. Overcome the downsizing our workers foreseen during these budget cut canter. And overcome the fear on doing big things our people have foreseen with this neo conservative approach to our economy. And finally end the Downsizing of America; and end the downsizing of our work force, while ending the downsizing of our economic security. Because a country can't grow with a demoting work force, or a demoting view on economic security; and we can't create prosperity on budget cuts alone. As the health and well being of our people and this nation; isn't subjected to a time clock in Washington or posted in New York. And to change Washington -- its our leaders that needs to change; and compromise for the country. We need to change the way we think, change the way we interact, and change our our politicl culture. That's the change we shall and can overcome as one nation under God--which can be indivisable; in order to bring justice to all. That's the dream of America, which is to overcome these tough challenges together.

I still believe that spoken word long ago; if one man can change a candidate. And one candidate can change state; and one state can change a country; imagine what we can do to change the world.

Our economy is improving, as our resolve stays steady; and despite paritisan bickering in Congress -- this country has been trending up on marginal increases. The Dow Jones Industrial has broken the 14000 for the first time in almost 10 years.

Your Legacy

 Its your legacy that matters.

When you're a public figure; your legacy is what matters? Its that artistic swag that shows your artistic view -- as that view inspires a generation to mimic your style. Its the spouse that lays with you, and the children you bare that makes your legacy something to care. As a public figure [entertainment] or a servant of the public; to a public servants, your legacy is what makes you an artists.

 Its your legacy that matters.

Its not about playing sports from the age of 10 to early young adult hood, and bring home more trophies than any can imagine. Its not about being dragged into an industry because your peers had talent, yet as an artists you had the skills. It not about stadiums of people cheering for you; or the finances from those benefits often reaping material in which can consume you.

Its not about the lights, cameras; flashing lights or the finances they perfume you with.

 Its your legacy that matters.

The way you change a program, and become apart of a dynasty. A dynasty that places a town known for swinging bats to the place for youth sports. And changing the dynamics on soci-economics; to a striving place for success. A place were factory workers can change a culture to a vibrant place for Hollywood on mingling with natives.

 Its your legacy that matters.

Your legacy is about who you inspire to sample your work. Your legacy is to craft the drift of a draft into a blood bath on the symbolic path.

 Its your legacy that matters.

Your legacy is about the story of your journey. A journey filled with ups and downs--from the rise, to the fall. Which creates that premiere setting for your mission. It's your legacy that matters, since it matters to your fanatics. It matters to the historians, it matters to your generation -- as it matters to your genetic tree. The things you do, the lives you touch; to the battles won and lost. It's your legacy that counts. From winning your first award as a child, to all the exhausted exhibits garnished as an adult. The life you live is your legacy.

Your legacy isn't about how much money you can consume, or the material items you purchase; as the life of lavish resembles an up scale venture. Your legacy is the journey and story left behind. Whether, you're a hip-hop icon, to the local hip-master; that impression you leave on people becomes a legacy. Whether you have been one of the most nominated, and accomplished writers ever; and lost them all -- to the total opportunist, while getting some nominations and winning them. It's your legacy that matters.

As a artists; strolling throughout the idle threshold -- you create a vision that's remembered by all. Your legacy isn't about the monarchy -- rather the prevention of the hierarchy; which leads to anarchy that mocks malarkey. It's the legacy that matters. You can be an artists; that twist words, peciper the lungs and makes words sound like spontaneous spooning.

 Its your legacy that matters.

From the moment of birth, with that first breath -- to the legacy behind your sun set. You make those who have aspirations to mimic; critique, mock; knock and jock that swag plus style -- it's you legacy that matters. It matters to you, it matters to us, your legacy is you.

 Its your legacy that matters.

In my life time, which will go faster than that in which it came in; a legacy is what makes me -- me; and you -- you. From a child growing into a dynasty -- to a young adult extending the wonder years of that dynasty. All the way into being the program changing icon, and jumping into an industry because your soul had talented skills -- to battling the government which wants to send you over the hill. While being nominated to numerous awards, and losing them all, to being the internet's biggest loser; my how surprising how a legacy can stall. Your legacy is your spot light, your moment; your life.

 Its your legacy that matters.

So live your life, don't be a paper chaser; and live your life -- because nobody can replace you; so live your life. If the life you live shines bright; as the stars are aligned makes that a recommened nomination.

It doesn't matter if you create a moniker out of a screen name into an alias; that forms a pen-name. It's your legacy that counts. Or if that pen-name becomes a symbol greater than greats like, Silence Do-Good Letters; to Mark Twain, from a poet to a novelist; a song writer; to a sonnet creator; and a filmiest to a documentary scriptor. Its your legacy that matters.

 Its your legacy that matters.

Sometimes if you're the best of your craft, or if you're the icon in your profession--the legacy you leave behind won't be honored until your gone. So it doesn't matter if you're a living legend, or a talented soul, envied by many; but loved by all. The only thing that matters is what has been said overall: "Its your legacy that matters." Your talent can come and go, your time on this earth may shine then fade; yet the only thing that stays is your legacy. Its your legacy that matters. I'm TheFanNJ and this is my legacy, are you inspired; are you fired up, will you be ready to go. Because if you are, thank you for remembering my legacy. I didn't start writing to be the next Lankston Huge, or the Shakespeare of this time, to this generations' Allen Poe, or a great public figure like Silence Do-Good; yet as good as Mark Twain, i'm in this to be the best ever. The Greatest Of All Times!

Washington Insider

Dear Mr. President Barack Obama,

I start this letter, and one of many with that title. As I hope the next 4 years are about; two key points.

One, economic sovereignty for the voiceless -- our people as "We The People," have been held hostile by extreme widely views, and dysfunction in Washington D.C.. You did an approach to work with members of congress; to do as they pleased cap spending, and put a control on the debt. But in that process of taking $1.3 trillion dollars out of the budget, that was passed in the House of Representatives in 2010. We involuntarily created a stagnant economy, deducted the wealth of low-middle class wage earners, and made some of them poor. Created, occupations and presentations were the victims of this spiraling economy became occupiers on Wall Street -- with the Occupy Wall Street movement.

Even though we have seen economic wealth increases for those; who have been given a chance. There have been horrible setback stories from those engulfed in this political rivalry in Washington -- with the Senate, and Executive branch, fighting with the House of Representatives.  The dysfunction in congress, shouldn't stream into the public life. America, isn't known for being a dead beat nation -- as fringe politics; never controlled the national agenda. We are not a country bound by districts alone -- since we drafted a constitution that reads: The United States of America; not the Representative Districts United in North America. We pledge allegiance to a flag with 50 states, not a flag with 435 districts. As it is written in language of our constitution that no one district can have more power than the rights of the states. It is also written in the code of ethic, drafted by the same creators, of our constitution -- that no one party has the right, to hold colonies hostage by partisan views; when they broke up the Democratic Federation, and created the Democratic Whip, where it later became the republican party.

Even then, representatives of a district didn't have more governing control over a nation, than the states would. As the chain of operation goes: Presidential office, second Executive Offices; third Senate, fourth House of Representatives; fifth the Judicial Branch, and finally the people. They didn't draft rules and regulations that gave the House of Representatives more power than the four offices; appointed ahead of them. The rules clearly state that the house of representatives have one job, and one goal -- which is to fund the president's agenda. The house of representatives can't set the American agenda, plus make choices of what roles government should play -- without the following the role for America's ethics codes on who has the chain of commands.

What I'm trying to say in that long rant on our country's history -- is the notion that you're the President of The United States; presidents set the agenda, presidents call for action, presidents ask or send down budgets, presidents make the choice on which role government can play for 4 years. And its the people that elect presidents, so maybe the house of representatives need to fall in line with the order of our creating documents, the constitution and the ethics of America. Since it was Ben Franklin that said [not in these exact words but this theory]: "No district representative should have more power than a state / colony leader on what role government can play." In America we have one president, not 435 representatives plus one president. We elect one party to represent the agenda of the country, not 435 representative views on where the country can go.

The public have spoken, they want investments in Alternative Energy -- that leads to job creation. They want a budget balanced in a responsible manner, that allows the economic wealth of this country's citizens to grow. Grow in a way where everyone is paying their fair share, and everyone is playing by the same set of rules. Rules that allow a millionaires' tax for the top 1%, a payroll deduction for the middle class, a simplified individual tax code, plus a modernized corporate tax code. Tax codes, that makes sure separate individual taxes aren't gamesmanship for political agendas. As those who can afford to pay a little more; pays a little more on their individual accounts. Also incorporate a modernized corporate tax code, that closes loopholes for companies that ship jobs overseas, or downsizing employment to increase market exploitation.

Make critical investments for companies that invest right here in America. Like, a $1.3 trillion dollar employment investment to the Equal Employment Opportunity fund. Where it will allow companies to write off employment credits and deductions on their employment expenses, that are deductible from a corporate tax account, to ensure employment creation in America. This critical restoration will save 2.4 million jobs in our country's infrastructure sectors, plus make sure our defense department isn't defaulting on their obligation to take care of our veterans. Help stabilized the working poor, and struggling middle class, that raises the minimum wage standards to either $8.50 or $10 dollars an hour. While making sure that the average working hour is 40 hours per week for full-time employment, and no less than 20 hours per week for part-time employment. Plus, penalize companies that layoff workers, while increasing pension plans, and stock incentives for members of the executive branch.

To make sure our families are safe with an increasing resolve to bring forth compromising immigration reform. People, shouldn't have to live in the shadows any more, as talented students can be a vital tool for this country's success. They shouldn't have to sit behind, while being ahead. There should be a system that allows the 11  million non-documented workers who are already here, to get the proper treatment and sent to the right line for citizenship. It also shouldn't take 20 or more years for an aspiring legal resident on becoming a citizen of this country. Faster citizenship, for those who have waited; did their due diligence, followed the rules; paid their fair share, allows a less congested INS system on becoming the gate way it once was in our history's past.

Second; with the resolve of this great nation our leaders owe the public one important factor; public safety. The need for comprehensive reform of America's Gun laws are far over due, and time has come to place a ban on assault riffles, and semi-automatic weapons. Weapons where the intentions are to spring off massive amounts of ammunition, in order to create one thing mass shootings. We can't have our people in fear of out of control rules and regulations on our gun laws. We have more restrictions for driving on the streets, than we do for weapons and ammunition. We have more protection for hunting Bears, Dears, Rabbits, birds, ducks, and other hunting agendas then we do for our people and children. That's why there needs to be a cap on weapons ammunition -- plus restore the safety cap for unloading and upload magazines into gun shelters. There needs to be a broader range on background checks, to include an all hands approach that ensures public safety. Since the NRA loves to say; "Guns don't kill people, bad people with guns kill people." Well, we need to keep guns away from the bad people, or make it harder for bad intentions to gain access to something in order to inflict harm.

That's why its important to make sure that congress creates respectable legislation that closes the Gun Show loopholes -- enforce mental background checks, place a ban on straw buying and straw buyers, while placing in a monitoring tracking system for each gun manufactured. So that if someone who shouldn't have a gun, gets their hands on one-- the owner or purchasing person of these guns are held responsible, for misplacing or not recording the whereabouts of that gun. There should be a required training course that doesn't involve shooting a gun for gun owners, to show them how to ensure their weapons are in a safe place and not in harms way.

And there should be a ban on intrastate weapons distribution. That prevents straw buyers from taking weapons across state lines, into another state and be redistributed without any tracking system, or anyone being held responsible. Plus, we shouldn't allow our future generations to grow up in fear, with armed guards boarding our educational system. Putting armed guards in every school is not only costly, but remotely dangerous -- plus its a psychological set back for the cognitive growth of our children. We would be creating more Adam Lanzas of the world with armed guards in our schools, not less. It would be a determent to the learning environment for children to walk around seeing guns daily, plus we aren't a communist country built on dictatorship of military style impressions.

We want to move forward not backwards. Move in a direction, where our environment is clean from the greenhouse effect, and our climate is controlled by our use of energy. We need to broaden the scopes of our energy independence; to allow a safe keeping of our coastal lines. Make sure that our citizens below the sea levels have as much government assistance needed to survive a natural disaster.

We also, need to make sure our Federal Emergency Management Assistance has the proper funding, tools and staffing to ensure coastline residents aren't shafted, discriminated on or left out without the proper assistance needed. Plus, making sure America is taking the lead on Climate Changes, and not waiting for some other country to do something. We have the brightest and best engineering system in terms of educating the public in the world-- its time we take those resources and put them back to work. By making sure the Department of Energy is helping small business growth, and making sure ides are protect before and after patens are encountered. Placing more pressure on businesses to keep up with the codes set forth by government agencies.

While, making sure politics; doesn't get in the way of science exploration and job creation. As the rules are managed enough to protect the safety of the public. For projects like the Keystone Pipelines -- shouldn't be a bargaining chip by representatives to further hinder the lives of the public. And making sure that the safest technology is available to prevent fracking or banning it completely. We can't place bans on natural gas exploration because of fear and demonizing the demographics of an industry. We can't prevent other types of energy resources based on outdated information -- like using alternative energy measures to fuel our cars.

Also, we can't stop the investment on Wind-turbines, and Solar Energy, because one company failed. Or some political leader with a political agenda of defunding everything caused many companies that are created in America to fail. We also need to come to the center on the issues of job creation in America. Yes, its true that government doesn't create economic wealth but government does in many factors create jobs. If a business wants to have work force capital, and manufacturing capital -- they're going need government assistance. Whether its from the tax code, through bonds and loans, or grants -- when it comes to exchanging money or financial interest; with incentives; Government has always led the way. As innovation has always been a government proceeding, since ordinary people, and businesses can't print their own money.

As we set the stage for our domestic liabilities, we must take notice that the world is watching. And start to take the lead on helping other nations for upholding peace. By making sure, the crisis in Syria ends, and humanitarian aid helps Syrians. Finally, placing United Nation's boats on the ground-- since one country or nation should handle the responsibilities of peace keeping alone. Also, by making sure we renew our commitment to our alias; and inviting leaders who share our interest to join us in the quest for peace. While, making sure we secure a base that prevents a nuclear arms race -- even if it means placing back an air defense system in Europe.

Moreover, placing pressure on foreign countries like Russia, and China to uphold sovereignty of its people. With Russia, we need to make sure that we share the same common interest when it comes to securing a world without nuclear threats, or to make sure that those with bad intentions don't get any knowledge on how to produce such weaponry. We also need to protect American businesses from foreign invasion of their operations, with a renewed commitment to a cyber security system--that prevents hacking of government websites, and American businesses.

This allows us to stipulate whether China is manipulating their currency; that damages our economic security. With an increasing pressence in marine exploration over the Seven Seas, to protect all interest from the Captin Hook's of the world.  As we finally end the culture on bickering politics, and lead. We must set the bar on domestic interest; and stage a global example on foreign endeavors if we are going to remain in the top five of the greatest nations on earth. It leadership that springs nations above and in front of others, and throughout our history as a country, leadership has never been divided, or that the districts possessed more power than the President and the other appropriate levels of authority. If America is going to lead the next generation of nations, then we must get our acts together, follow ethics codes and proceedings -- to finally lead. We are a nation that can do great things, when we do them together. We are a great nation, and a great smybol for other nations when we do things together. Together as one republic, one nation that's for the people and by the people.
