Addressing Racism

                                                                      Letters' To The President

Dear Mr. President Barack Obama,

For the first time in 20 or more years, the United States Government has been shut down. And not since a president who represents a democratic party have we seen this much obstruction in congress.

Even though during Former President Bill Clinton's tenure as president; the minority party, didn't go into the limits of total collapse, based on racial issues. As an African American, with strong support to Organizing For America, and now Organizing For Action; I must say -- 85% of those currently holding federal offices in Republican Party for the House of Representatives and Senator are using politics as a tool to promote racism.

This fringe element off the republican party are in fact bring forth a level of hatred, no other president has ever seen. And we are bound by the words plus actions that create a space for the members preaching such hate. The type of reverse hate that makes the victims the target for the attacks on them. Like, when a person commits a verbal assault that leads to racial tension; why must the attacker accuse the victim of playing the race card? Or if you are baiting people into a race war on separation, why such person can’t be called out on its very own premises.

The rhetoric is getting so ridiculous onto a notion of stupidity. The theme of stupidity would be making an understatement into what's actually going on here. They as in the Tea-Party, and the centric base supporting this organization -- is in fact spreading racial propaganda in order to undermine your presidency.

Take for instance the Trayvon Martin case, which has sparked an unnecessary feud between: Gun owners, and civil rights activist. The Tea-Party leaders are making this an attack on democrats; privy to a theory on losing 2nd Amendment Rights. And that ramblings now have led to a race baiting war between; centric neo-conservatives and everyone else -- on a singular notion about civil rights when it comes to segregation. Meaning they're calling you a racist because you don't speak enough or highly enough on Caucasian banter, or any time you mention anything remotely close to promoting awareness for African Americans, Latinos, or any creed in the minority.

We have many pressing issues that makes a major concern; coming pacifically out of the banter or rhetoric from the Tea-Party's operation to delegitimize your presidency. And now more than ever; even with the debt ceiling crisis, also the government shutdown -- there needs to be a serious debate on the issues of race.

Since this issue is now seaming into the realm, plus ideas on government's policy and politics. The outcry, of people saying they fear for their country, or the future of their children because you're president. This type of prejudice leads congressional leaders, plus the GOP leadership to be up and at arms over your policy. Since, no matter what you do, or what accomplishments you achieved -- there's this segment amount of people who will hold a prejudice against you because you're African American. And I don't want to say Negroes or blacks anymore-- we are all American.

Mr. President Barack Obama, as a supporter and an advocate advising on issues; it’s a common lack of true trust, that goes toward the pigment of a person's skin--rather than the content in their Character. Are we free, those words are mocked in mockery by the same centric neo-conservative groups; who fear you because you black.

The words Free at last meant, we are free from the unjust, and prejudices that has our souls segregate into in the past. As an African American man, breaking the color barrier but in all honesty; we are still "demonized, plus demoralized based on trust factor. As if our creed isn't capable of functioning in a complex society.

The words Free at last meant, our symbolizing creed shouldn't be masked or mocked as inferior to the other.

There shouldn't be a need to fear leaders in this country that has earned the right to be a symbolizing icon in leadership for a community.

If a promising African American man can't work their tale off to become President of The United States, can't be respected; without this stereo-type: on where people are in fear of their children’s lives; along with theirs-- then how are we as a country going to be one nation.

This is one of the major reasons why, there is a need to address racial issues. There's a need to address the rising concerns with securing boarders. Since we are a nation of immigrants -- were cultures migrated here on the notion of freedom.

Mr. President Barack Obama, I'm writing this letter to ask you this question. As the government shutdown looms over our heads, and as the debt ceiling forces government’s hands, plus with the interest in national affairs -- creates a need for a robust economy. Social domestic issues must be addressed. And why must it be addressed, because the issues and stereo-types lingered on to African American men; are sinking into our politics, our ways of governing.

The Republican Party doesn't want to follow your ideas, even though most of your ideas are vital to the success and wellbeing of this country; since you're the President of The United States. They're preaching you're untrusted worthy, plus that they fear for their lives, fear for their country. It's a disclaimer that I've seen so many times in my youthful age. That African American men, aren't bright enough, we're untrusted worthy, and unworkable should be addressed.

Stand strong

Letters' To The President

Dear Mr. President Barack Obama,

The nations' debt crisis shouldn't be a tool for political grandstanding. Republican leadership in the House of Representatives should be labeled as a disgrace in GOP leadership. A country that has embedded the principles embodied from the French-- written in American Language as a banner to see; should never be a tool for debt reduction.

Like, honoring and paying for our troops; salaries and medical benefits. Going to war to police the world has always been a proud job garnished by the United States. There's always been a plan to pay for our military services; since they give up their daily lives to protect ours. Until now, with this insane; non-governmental, lack of leadership qualities and focus camping from the republican controlled House of Representatives.

We have a party running amuck; and mocking our just system. Like, quoting the constitution, without just cause in knowing the country's written text and definition of the constitution. That's why we need a unilateral approach on addressing the nation's debt. We can't just cut taxes for the rich; bury the poor, leave our struggling families -- cold and hungry. That's not what the United States of America; was ever about. This country was more people and nations coming together in unity; to endure this countries resolve. A resolve that includes a slogan of bring your weak, your poor yearning to be free.

Free from the deception and control from an unwilling monarchy. Where tariffs hold the poor hostage; with ever increasing fees that weren't taxes; in order to make the struggling poor people's lives miserable. Free from a society were economics creates the social domain people live. Free from government genocide or laws that create a communist culture.

America is the land of the free, with laws and regulations that protect the type of freedoms sort for in a state of a democratic union.  We can't promote a union of democracy, while legislating a system of perks and privileges.

The GOP banter is to shut down the government, and this type of shut down will damage more families than ever before. The federal government won't be able to make obligated payments; such as funding for the poor. It won't be able to make governmental ends meet.

And most importantly, families and their lives will impacted. As federal contractors won't get paid for working on public project. People on Social Security Insurances won't be able to receive their benefits. And public companies, such as teachers, fire fighters; police, state and municipal workers will be working for free.

That's why we need to end this type of insanity folded in a weak congress.

Letters

Letters' letters to The President

Dear President Barack Obama,

As we continue to implement America's resolve -- we are now faced with an unworkable congress. John Beohner, Eric Cantor, Mitch McConnell are doing what ever it takes, to undermine any progress in your presidency. They honestly Believe in some short imaginary stand, that the general public stands on their side. When more or less in theory rather than skewed poll numbers -- more than 85% of the general public disapproves on how the republican lead congress approach domestic and international issues. The point the fingers -- bait, run and do the opposite strategy just doesn't work; in any political climate. One the public is more engaged within the political atmosphere. They're more updated on critical issues, and more informed ever than before in any presidential term. You promised a transparent and inclusive government; for where every voice can be heard. Republicans vowed that you're showing a sign of weakness; yet studies show otherwise. You've maintained an open door policy for elected leaders can enter the discussion and have a foot at the table. Republicans; walked out of meetings, held private meetings; passed only one resolution -- while pointing fingers and chastising  every move made by you the president.

Case in point: Many republicans were upset mad and went on tirades due to the notion; the executive branch didn't inform them about boarder control operations; then labeled that project unconstitutional due to Fast and Furious. They tried to make a scandal out of that for the simple notion on undermining the oath of the presidency during your term as president.

Moreover, For many months since the passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act; known as Obamacare -- the republican leadership has been undermining the office of the president. With them passing over and over again meaningless repeal amendments to defund ACA. They've taken it to the highest courts in the nation (Supreme Courts); as it stood strong. They've placed it on the ballot in 2/3 of the nation's so called red and swing states,  thinking the media's resolve, will give them enough talk to create a referendum on this legislation. That movement lost during the 2012 election cycle. They've passed a budget that includes the implementation of Obamacare -- just so they can do exactly what they're doing; create a mockery of the system, undermine the executive branch. And prolong the pain and suffering on the nation's poorest, by trying to not fund it.

Continuing notions; America finally took a stand, as three presidential cycles went by before America's worst terrorist known was captured and killed. Osama Bin-Ladden, was killed during your presidency. And again members in congress wanted to implement impeachment processes based on the notion; that the president didn't ask for congressional approval. This not only makes a mockery out of democracy, but it undermines presidential policy.  Since it's based in America's constitutional amendments; The War Power Act, gives a president the deciding factor on the implement of a war. They've been ranting and raving about leading from behind. This make assumptions that an American Foreign policy is as weak as noted.

The miscommunications in the event of Benghazi. Never in the history of this country has an entire administration undermined by an act of terror. As if there was some sort of Watergate infatuation. Things happen, a president should have the power to with hold information in regards to the national security interest of America. Yet, the republican party has been on a mission of undermining the oval office. They're doing it in such away; that they want to stick it to you, your presidency; plus everything you as a person stands for and it's not right.

Finally, after months of debating pressure by Marko Rubio; the distinguished gentleman senator from Florida -- broke headlines as the leading senator asking for American involvement in Syria. When zero ounce of evidence at the time presented American interest. Then this same senator has backed away from his statements after a chemical attack on the citizens of Syria was orchestrated by their president. And now we are on the verge of delaying a strike on Syria, which again makes America looks weak, since congress, fails to work.  Mr. President Barack Obama; your choice to suppress any encouragement that will promote the use of chemical weapons is and should always be the choice of The President. The oval office should never be undermined, no matter who is the party leader or person who been elected or appointed commander in chief.

Mr. President Barack Obama, in the case of Health Care reform; your administration followed governmental protocols, getting public input; addressing legislative initiatives from congressional oversight. Passing a bipartisan public law; whom 2/3s of the  county approved until the misleading and undermining started to create this notion on undermining you as president, or you in the oval office. Obamacare, passed through the House of representatives, also Obamacare passed through the senate -- was confirmed by the Supreme Courts; and to seal the authentic agenda; it was placed on a ballot in selected 2/3 of the country. And only 1% voted to remove ObamaCare.

That's merely 43 representatives in the House of Representatives, and 4 senators in the senate; was able to carry a notion on repealing Obamacare. To make it simple out of 50 states where 17 of them was selected -- less than 1% of the selected 17 states voted to remove Health Care Reform. Yes, 2 states, with 3 states that have representatives voted on replacing Obamacare. Which means, the republican referendum failed: the republican legal challenges failed, and the obstruction in congress failed. Now is the time for them to stop wasting the public's time. Now is the time for them in the republican party to stop trying to undermine the president, and the oval office.

Maybe you as president should centure John Beohner, Eric Cantor, Mitch McConnell on the notion of undermining the President of The United States. Using Legislative protocol as and presidential orders, or executive orders on these subordinate republicans. President Obama, the use of Executive Orders, have been done before; more in part by former President George W. Bush; president 43. Even Former President William Clinton; president 42, use this power to preside over a subordinate congress. While president 43, just used this because of the notion of terror, and terrorist attacks. We are in peace time, yet that doesn't mean congress should have any right to undermine the president of The United States.

We need to move this country forward --  move it forward in cultural values, forward in political agendas; forward on domestic economic liabilities. And move forward as a nation a united front; we need to move forward on in order for us to keep our domestic santity. Since we preach democracy, what's notion on promoting a free domestic society based on rules and regulations, if our bodies of government are insubordinate towards the Commander In Chief.

Letters' letters to The President

Dear President Barack Obama

This country has always been a country that has taken care of the sick, poor, and those wanting to be free. The growth of this nation has always trumped poverty. The country is working its way out of the worst recession this generation has seen. And not since the great depression have we've seen; a class of people completely gone. In 2006, an underground problem reached its surface as seen in the minority communities since 1988 -- when making less than $20,000 a year was at the levels of poverty. During President Bill Clinton's years in office; economic levels increased. Since those who were poor; were giving more opportunities to achieve an affordable standards of living. Where the balance with public employment was either above or on par with private employment? We as a united country; always came together.

During the 2008, the financial crisis showed the country one thing. The major lesson that was learn; had to be the notion, that nobody is immune to poverty. We've seen billionaires become poor due to a crash in the market. We've seen grandparents lose their entire 401k packages on risky bets by billionaire brokers; who also lost profits. An auto industry on the brink, and a banking industry; dangling off a cliff. We came together as a union, to pick each other up; dust each other off and ride the wave in unity.

Even though, the economy is growing; there are still people being pulled up out of the water from the Tsunami left upon us before the bailout on Wall Street. This country has never turn its backs on the sick, never turned its back on the poor--as it definitely never closed its door on those wanting to be free. The United States of America, had a resolve that defined this great nation; as the model symbol for a democratic union.

The United States of America, and members of the elected never bus the sick and the poor in front of a moving locomotive. On 09/19/2013; our republican representative made a party-line vote, where 17 members of their party disagreed with the notion of throwing the poor, the sick, and those wanting to be free out. Congress passed a 10 year, $40 billion dollar budget cut to the nation’s poorest, weakest citizens.

These severe cuts would cripple the poor; leaving 4 million families penniless. They'll have no food or clothing; unable to afford, rents or have a sustained standard of living. And around 2.1 million children without any assistance from the government. We've come so far as a country to segregate the lives of people based on economics; and socio-economic domain. People who are poor, don't abuse the system -- they're poor. Being poor isn't a means for a government handout, it means you're poor. We can't go back to the days in 1985, where children, and parents were skipping school; to patrol sanitation sites to probe for food, or at the back alley ways of restaurants, mingling the trash for throw away leftovers. We aren't a third world country, where the super-rich holds the country’s wealth; and the poor gets nothing at all.

And politics as we see it, is at a point of foolishness; as our elected leadership has not one ounce of electoral or governmental leadership. Cutting public assistance will kill, crush and deplete some working class families. Those families making $7.15 an hour, living in some of the poorest condition; with the notion of affordable house up for debate. They see an unwilling world, as inflation makes market value a little too bit of a pipe dream for them. In a market, that's looking at a high school graduate struggling to make ends meet. Their kitchen table isn't in a home, rather in an apartment complex.

Eric Cantor, John Boehner, and the leadership in the House of Representatives are over stepping the powers and responsibilities of the house. The House of Representatives, are the lower branch of government, it’s not above and beyond the president or the white house. It’s time for the in subornation in a dysfunctional congress to end.

ObamaCare

Letters' To President Barack Obama

Dear President:

Writing letters and letter campaigns have been an essential promise, supporters and staffers have enjoyed. The battle that looms the mission on changing the political landscape; has had its dents. GOP leadership is once again mounting an insubordinate approach to domestic issues.

Issues that affect the lives of ordinary American citizens. As their bait and switch tactics are in full stream. They are making claims that the individual mandate on Affordable Care Act; would be costly; as if the premiums on that mandate will cause prices to go up. Which is completely false allegations in what they call Obamacare! Your presidency's signature legislative land mark; was the incorporation on a corporate single payer system. Were the employer must pick the cost on their employees' health coverage.

The GOP misdirection; or switch the point of view tactics are old and inconsistent with what this country is trying to do by moving forward. By making small businesses owners and others believe that the rates on Taxes will increase; thus making the individual corporate mandate more expensive. Which is further off base and centralized on false notions than what health care facts have been dictating.

Companies of all income brackets if they have 25 full-time employees' operating into a single payer system; will get 100% tax incentives in forms of a deduction or tax Credits. And as long as the employee pays the co-payments on their premiums; the cost of this individual corporate Affordable health Care, will decrease. Those are factual evidence and modeled formula that businesses have been using in the market exchange.  It's a growth model that many enterprises use when balancing liquidity and non-tangible payments. And the banter in the previous years normally was; government should be ran like a business -- in this model everything that would take a corporate model by making health care cost effective.

Therefore by being cost effective; a person who is paying HealthCare premiums will in fact see their premiums decrease, even those who have their own packages. Why? The notion of having more people into the streaming pool; for health care companies to bid on -- will in fact lower premiums on those in that age group. And allowing companies to pick up a percentage; while using the Department of Treasury's Internal Revenue Services, an institution can recoup 100% of the cost to them on Health Care; by simply filling out the proper tax forms. This will keep cost low for the taxpayer, and it will allow business to replenish loses they've paid into -- on a quarterly basis. Using this system, allows Government to pay into a program; it keeps the cost lower for the consumer and it makes it affordable for everyone to participate.

Now we come to the conclusion, or pragmatic theory on how this will work; plus how will it affect the average taxpayer. Using a mirror system used in the stock exchange of a three source of liquidity. Where there's a chart of a three streams of cash flow coming in for example: Consumer pays retail price; merchant pays discounted bulk price; and government subsidized the production -- works. It's a business model that has been proven to work on all levels. So how can this model be placed in a bipartisan system, were the consumer pays the premiums for health care. The merchant, which is the corporate institution pays the bulk of health care. And the government replenishes such entities through the Department of Treasury's Internal Revenue Services.

How will this formula keep cost down; one modern way is to mandate that majority of the country's population; not participating must be included? The more streams of cash, into a proposal the cheaper that proposal will become. How will this formula benefit companies or institutions? This will allow an entity to purchase packages at a bulk rate, with more consumer a.k.a. Employees at the bargaining table. Which means more people will be covered; paying less on their premiums, in a single payer system that the entity picks up the remaining tab.

How does this benefit the company's balance sheet? When an entity files their quarterly tax statements such company, can file corporate liabilities; plus recoup damages through America's corporate tax system. Since the rates for an entity is much lower than the average taxpayer. And through our commerce laws, corporate deductibles and credits don't effect the taxpayers -- since it’s a different system for entities than it would be for the average taxpayer.

How will this help Government’s liability? It's plain and simple. By moving the liability from the individual tax payer system, and into the commerce liability system. Mines, and your taxes will decrease dramatically. It means that less taxes on public services; since we won't be paying the heavy burden of un-sponsored system. A system where government indirectly paid large portions on everyone's health care. Too break it down, just a little further: People will be buying insurance at a rate more favorable to them, and they would be placed in a bracket pool of 25 or more people per bundle. It means the company or entity will be purchasing a packaged deal at bulk price; and getting subsidized for the losses through the commerce. As this will allow Government to fund balance sheets without raising taxes, premiums, and the effects of the liability through the individual tax payer. And it would also prevent government from paying for charity care, since it would mean more people are covered and less people in the emergency rooms.

What will a program like this do? It will take pressure off the government on paying for everything when it comes to someone's health. It would allow the person to be able to purchase and have low cost health care through their employers in a single payer system. It will help businesses and entities pay for it at cheaper rates, since it would be purchased in bulk. It will also allow the company or entity to recoup the liability through the corporate tax code.

Who sees the benefits? We all do, the public will be a little bit healthier, since more people will be paying into the system. The companies or entities will make a 15% profit on the liability losses at 100%. Government would see a 10% decrease in overall health care expenditures. The taxpayers will see a 10% decrease in overall personal taxes. As State Governments would be able to circumvent paying for Health Care off their budget analysis; and into a corporate system.

On paper and through trial and error, this formula is a win, win situation. So, why are we having this problem of Repeal Obamacare? We are having this problem based on respectability. The base called the GOP has no respect for you as a corporate supporter -- no interest in believing that public to private or private to public corporation can work in government. And if such a thing were to co-exist, it wouldn't comeout of a democratic voice. Plus the notion, where many believe it will raise taxes on corporate accounts, is false. These false beliefs have become the political grandstanding that's struck a GOP lead Congress to strike a vote to Repeal Obamacare 41 times. Which is one crazy voting for a single piece of legislation to be written into law; and have attempts to remove that P.S. Law.

They want to go back to seniors who shared pills due to a coverage default in the drug prescription part plan D. They want to go to overcrowded insurances, that turned while select few had the benefits need, at their expense through an unfair tax system.

Mr. President Barack Obama, the Affordable Patient Care Act; is what this country needs. It gives the public a single payer system ran by the government through corporate liabilities.  It lowers rates for the public to ensure everyone is covered. It lowers taxes in three ways, me and you since the government won't be picking up the tab. On corporate entities, since those balance sheets will see a profit instead of a blank note. And on government to the notion that the more people covered, the less people the government would have to pay for; since they'll be less people without insurance.

This letter comes to you asking for you to spend more political capital; more political theater on pointing out the falsehood, many of these followers holding leadership roles; they mimic.  Health Care isn't a political Football anyone can throw around, it’s an issue that harms the pocket books of families -- state governments, and the federal government duties on providing.

Congrats on Second Term

Dear Mr. President Barack Obama,

I start this letter, and one of many with that title. As I hope the next 4 years are about; two key points.

One, economic sovereignty for the voiceless -- our people as "We The People," have been held hostile by extreme widely views, and dysfunction in Washington D.C.. You did an approach to work with members of congress; to do as they pleased cap spending, and put a control on the debt. But in that process of taking $1.3 trillion dollars out of the budget, that was passed in the House of Representatives in 2010. We involuntarily created a stagnant economy, deducted the wealth of low-middle class wage earners, and made some of them poor. Created, occupations and presentations were the victims of this spiraling economy became occupiers on Wall Street -- with the Occupy Wall Street movement.

Even though we have seen economic wealth increases for those; who have been given a chance. There have been horrible setback stories from those engulfed in this political rivalry in Washington -- with the Senate, and Executive branch, fighting with the House of Representatives.  The dysfunction in congress, shouldn't stream into the public life. America, isn't known for being a dead beat nation -- as fringe politics; never controlled the national agenda. We are not a country bound by districts alone -- since we drafted a constitution that reads: The United States of America; not the Representative Districts United in North America. We pledge allegiance to a flag with 50 states, not a flag with 435 districts. As it is written in language of our constitution that no one district can have more power than the rights of the states. It is also written in the code of ethic, drafted by the same creators, of our constitution -- that no one party has the right, to hold colonies hostage by partisan views; when they broke up the Democratic Federation, and created the Democratic Whip, where it later became the republican party.

Even then, representatives of a district didn't have more governing control over a nation, than the states would. As the chain of operation goes: Presidential office, second Executive Offices; third Senate, fourth House of Representatives; fifth the Judicial Branch, and finally the people. They didn't draft rules and regulations that gave the House of Representatives more power than the four offices; appointed ahead of them. The rules clearly state that the house of representatives have one job, and one goal -- which is to fund the president's agenda. The house of representatives can't set the American agenda, plus make choices of what roles government should play -- without the following the role for America's ethics codes on who has the chain of commands.

What I'm trying to say in that long rant on our country's history -- is the notion that you're the President of The United States; presidents set the agenda, presidents call for action, presidents ask or send down budgets, presidents make the choice on which role government can play for 4 years. And its the people that elect presidents, so maybe the house of representatives need to fall in line with the order of our creating documents, the constitution and the ethics of America. Since it was Ben Franklin that said [not in these exact words but this theory]: "No district representative should have more power than a state / colony leader on what role government can play." In America we have one president, not 435 representatives plus one president. We elect one party to represent the agenda of the country, not 435 representative views on where the country can go.

The public have spoken, they want investments in Alternative Energy -- that leads to job creation. They want a budget balanced in a responsible manner, that allows the economic wealth of this country's citizens to grow. Grow in a way where everyone is paying their fair share, and everyone is playing by the same set of rules. Rules that allow a millionaires' tax for the top 1%, a payroll deduction for the middle class, a simplified individual tax code, plus a modernized corporate tax code. Tax codes, that makes sure separate individual taxes aren't gamesmanship for political agendas. As those who can afford to pay a little more; pays a little more on their individual accounts. Also incorporate a modernized corporate tax code, that closes loopholes for companies that ship jobs overseas, or downsizing employment to increase market exploitation.

Make critical investments for companies that invest right here in America. Like, a $1.3 trillion dollar employment investment to the Equal Employment Opportunity fund. Where it will allow companies to write off employment credits and deductions on their employment expenses, that are deductible from a corporate tax account, to ensure employment creation in America. This critical restoration will save 2.4 million jobs in our country's infrastructure sectors, plus make sure our defense department isn't defaulting on their obligation to take care of our veterans. Help stabilized the working poor, and struggling middle class, that raises the minimum wage standards to either $8.50 or $10 dollars an hour. While making sure that the average working hour is 40 hours per week for full-time employment, and no less than 20 hours per week for part-time employment. Plus, penalize companies that layoff workers, while increasing pension plans, and stock incentives for members of the executive branch.

To make sure our families are safe with an increasing resolve to bring forth compromising immigration reform. People, shouldn't have to live in the shadows any more, as talented students can be a vital tool for this country's success. They shouldn't have to sit behind, while being ahead. There should be a system that allows the 11  million non-documented workers who are already here, to get the proper treatment and sent to the right line for citizenship. It also shouldn't take 20 or more years for an aspiring legal resident on becoming a citizen of this country. Faster citizenship, for those who have waited; did their due diligence, followed the rules; paid their fair share, allows a less congested INS system on becoming the gate way it once was in our history's past.

Second; with the resolve of this great nation our leaders owe the public one important factor; public safety. The need for comprehensive reform of America's Gun laws are far over due, and time has come to place a ban on assault riffles, and semi-automatic weapons. Weapons where the intentions are to spring off massive amounts of ammunition, in order to create one thing mass shootings. We can't have our people in fear of out of control rules and regulations on our gun laws. We have more restrictions for driving on the streets, than we do for weapons and ammunition. We have more protection for hunting Bears, Dears, Rabbits, birds, ducks, and other hunting agendas then we do for our people and children. That's why there needs to be a cap on weapons ammunition -- plus restore the safety cap for unloading and upload magazines into gun shelters. There needs to be a broader range on background checks, to include an all hands approach that ensures public safety. Since the NRA loves to say; "Guns don't kill people, bad people with guns kill people." Well, we need to keep guns away from the bad people, or make it harder for bad intentions to gain access to something in order to inflict harm.

That's why its important to make sure that congress creates respectable legislation that closes the Gun Show loopholes -- enforce mental background checks, place a ban on straw buying and straw buyers, while placing in a monitoring tracking system for each gun manufactured. So that if someone who shouldn't have a gun, gets their hands on one-- the owner or purchasing person of these guns are held responsible, for misplacing or not recording the whereabouts of that gun. There should be a required training course that doesn't involve shooting a gun for gun owners, to show them how to ensure their weapons are in a safe place and not in harms way.

And there should be a ban on intrastate weapons distribution. That prevents straw buyers from taking weapons across state lines, into another state and be redistributed without any tracking system, or anyone being held responsible. Plus, we shouldn't allow our future generations to grow up in fear, with armed guards boarding our educational system. Putting armed guards in every school is not only costly, but remotely dangerous -- plus it's a psychological set back for the cognitive growth of our children. We would be creating more Adam Lanzas of the world with armed guards in our schools, not less. It would be a determent to the learning environment for children to walk around seeing guns daily, plus we aren't a communist country built on dictatorship of military style impressions.

We want to move forward not backwards. Move in a direction, where our environment is clean from the greenhouse effect, and our climate is controlled by our use of energy. We need to broaden the scopes of our energy independence; to allow a safe keeping of our coastal lines. Make sure that our citizens below the sea levels have as much government assistance needed to survive a natural disaster.

We also, need to make sure our Federal Emergency Management Assistance has the proper funding, tools and staffing to ensure coastline residents aren't shafted, discriminated on or left out without the proper assistance needed. Plus, making sure America is taking the lead on Climate Changes, and not waiting for some other country to do something. We have the brightest and best engineering system in terms of educating the public in the world-- its time we take those resources and put them back to work. By making sure the Department of Energy is helping small business growth, and making sure ideas are protect before and after Paten are encountered. Placing more pressure on businesses to keep up with the codes set forth by government agencies.

While, making sure politics; doesn't get in the way of science exploration and job creation. As the rules are managed enough to protect the safety of the public. For projects like the Keystone Pipelines -- shouldn't be a bargaining chip by representatives to further hinder the lives of the public. And making sure that the safest technology is available to prevent fracking or banning it completely. We can't place bans on natural gas exploration because of fear and demonizing the demographics of an industry. We can't prevent other types of energy resources based on outdated information -- like using alternative energy measures to fuel our cars.

Also, we can't stop the investment on Wind-turbines, and Solar Energy, because one company failed. Or some political leader with a political agenda of defunding everything caused many companies that are created in America to fail. We also need to come to the center on the issues of job creation in America. Yes, its true that government doesn't create economic wealth but government does in many factors create jobs. If a business wants to have work force capital, and manufacturing capital -- they're going need government assistance. Whether its from the tax code, through bonds and loans, or grants -- when it comes to exchanging money or financial interest; with incentives; Government has always led the way. As innovation has always been a government proceeding, since ordinary people, and businesses can't print their own money.

As we set the stage for our domestic liabilities, we must take notice that the world is watching. And start to take the lead on helping other nations for upholding peace. By making sure, the crisis in Syria ends, and humanitarian aid helps Syrians. Finally, placing United Nation's boats on the ground-- since one country or nation should handle the responsibilities of peace keeping alone. Also, by making sure we renew our commitment to our alias; and inviting leaders who share our interest to join us in the quest for peace. While, making sure we secure a base that prevents a nuclear arms race -- even if it means placing back an air defense system in Europe.

Moreover, placing pressure on foreign countries like Russia, and China to uphold sovereignty of its people. With Russia, we need to make sure that we share the same common interest when it comes to securing a world without nuclear threats, or to make sure that those with bad intentions don't get any knowledge on how to produce such weaponry. We also need to protect American businesses from foreign invasion of their operations, with a renewed commitment to a cyber security system--that prevents hacking of government websites, and American businesses.

This allows us to stipulate whether China is manipulating their currency; that damages our economic security. With an increasing presence in marine exploration over the Seven Seas, to protect all interest from the Captain Hook's of the world.  As we finally end the culture on bickering politics, and lead. We must set the bar on domestic interest; and stage a global example on foreign endeavors if we are going to remain in the top five of the greatest nations on earth. It leadership that springs nations above and in front of others, and throughout our history as a country, leadership has never been divided, or that the districts possessed more power than the President and the other appropriate levels of authority. If America is going to lead the next generation of nations, then we must get our acts together, follow ethics codes and proceedings -- to finally lead. We are a nation that can do great things, when we do them together. We are a great nation, and a great symbol for other nations when we do things together. Together as one republic, one nation that's for the people and by the people.

Congress need to support Obama

Letters' To The President

Dear President Barack Obama,

As you've battled the dysfunctional; disrespectful--lack of organizational National Republican Party; we've come full circle on two things. The Tea-Party, and Republican leadership is trying to do one thing. The thing they're trying to do is stick it too you--yet, little do they know; if they stick it you -- they're sticking it to us the general public.

American citizens, and residents who live in this country are feeling the hit. When the GOP, made the move to stick it to the President? Little did they know, that making sure you fail; or sticking it to you-- would be the same as tanking the entire country. Some people have become less interested in the nature of politics. What we're all figuring out is: maybe this country would function better, if we remove the sub-tier government.

Like, congressional representatives -- if they continue to act as they have under the leadership of John Beohner. Why do we in the public need them. We need them to make or create rules and regulation.

The general public would like this congress to finally respect your presidency. And allow this final term be about moving the country forward. Forward in a way, were show me up, and grandstanding politics is the way of the past. And to finally, move this country out of a state of poverty, and incarceration. This Country has 25 million people are below the lines of poverty, with another 3 million or more homeless; plus 12 million incarcerated totally 40 million of our 250 million citizens.

Even though the greatest threat to American Humanity, is our lack of assistance, help and livability for the nations poor. We must cater to those needs of of domestic services; such as prevention programs, and public financing for faith based, community out reach, and social programs. The rolls that Government plays in preventing outcries on public safety is what we elect our leaders to do. We elect leaders to ensure public safety. As the meaning of public safety is: making sure the public is safe from eniement danger; such as fires, crimes, sickness, homeless citizens, and terrorist. For the last 9 years, our country has ignored the major drift on public safety -- which is, sickness and homeless citizens.

Congress, has been on a dysfunctional mission to repeal The Patient Affordable Care Act known as ObamaCare; while ignoring the major concerns in this health care healing package; which is the sick who happen to be homeless. A country that doesn't do enough to rectify the growing concerns of citizens finding themselves homeless--isn't a country that should be a power house; or promote Western Civilization.

Mr. President Obama, now is the time to act on securing public safety. Whether its gun control, homeless prevention, health and public jobs.

Finally, the legacy of President Barack Obama begins now. The notion that we can change they way politics is received--is wrong. One score ago, you led a journey on changes; seven years later, the same dysfunction that created a damaging economy has turn soar.

Now, is your time as president you've made sure the American Exchange became safe and secured. You've improved public perception around the world, to have a favorable look at goods made in the U.S. and by USA labor. You've secured the private sector, with the largest employment expansion for a sector: The Private Sector. Yet, with the increasing number babby-bommers, youthful expansion -- we need a thriving public sector. This prevents a stagnant and jobless economy. That's why these last few years should be about expanding public sector jobs, good paying jobs that require pubic financing, or what we call government jobs.

Americans' now more than ever is ready for an economic boom--were the weary and scarcely driving economic growth. We've avoided this cry pushing a double  dip recession, and a promise to shut down government as we know it. Now that you've navigated the ship through tough waters, the mission isn't complete. It's time to bring in the closer, and close the deal. We need public sector jobs, and union based jobs.

We shall overcome

Letters' To The President

As we enchant on the second term, and the final mark of your career. We must look at the legacy of our buck, on how far we have come to how long that mountain can reach. We have come so far as people; when we cast our votes for a man whose content in the character out ways the disadvantages with men who have a different content in bedded in their skin.

Although we've created a passionate vibe to disenfranchised the fear of voting for a minority -- yet, we have not open those closed doors; to others. As our economic state is pressured by lack of indivisible and individual economic security, men without a gratitude of pigment bare witness to the lack of diversity when it comes to our economical state. We are in a state of an economical emergency, since no time in the history of our country has our men been unable to secure an economic stability on their feasible interest.

We have always been a united front, when our government has come together to ensure that our economical sanctuary isn't compromise as a bargaining chip for politics; or have one district; with less than a million people hold an entire country hostage. When John F. Kennedy spoke of: "It's not what this country can do for you, rather than what you can do for this country," spoke widely on our principles that we are united when we share compromising responsibilities.

This must be that standing moment; where we finally close that chapter of character disenfranchisement. Where people, from all backgrounds can come together and prosper together as one; in a nation of many. Since this country was built on legal immigration -- where the poor and the weak can strive for success. And as we speak no country has embraced a story like President Barack Hussein Obama. Our people; our country has changed in geological standings that shows, we aren't a bunker nation anymore. That our children, can learn from each other and the content isn't judge by their pigment -- yet by their character. And on this day as we celebrate the history of coming together -- since we shall overcome. Overcome the partisan challenges of one district and one way. Overcome the bickering and hatred of one party against the other. Overcome the challenges of budgeting politics; over the nation's people. Overcome the principles of you're alone. Overcome the fatigue sense for this country's value for our leaders.

We shall overcome come, and maybe this is that day. A day were we aren't divided on kitchen table principles anymore. A day were we aren't judge by our religion anymore. A day were we aren't divided by state and party politics anymore. When your title as a republican, democrat or an independent isn't segregated by leadership's view on were you should be; rather than who we are as a country?

Although, we have many differences our country's resolve hasn't been a last second chant on the final hour. We have always been a country of big things; the place where firsts happen. A place that embarked the same principles of united we stand, divided we fall. Your Country, My Country; Our Country isn't divided after all. We've overcome the two world wars, the segregation on people; and now is that time to end the segregation in our economics.

Since there is no such thing as a red state; a blue state because we are the United States of America. We can't be looking backwards to the bickering of the past but move forward on unity. We've come together when our nation was at that defining moment. A moment that our color isn't defined by pigment, race, original origin status, redmen, bluemen, rich, poor or middle class but by the values your spirit gives to this country.

Our country needs to overcome some of these partisan challenges; that segregate us all. A challenge that can end a gridlock based on what party you have; and respecting the office of this country. Although we elect a party representative from a particular party; we as people elect a person to represent our country in overcoming some of these challenges. Overcoming the politics of the day to ensure the need for our country's resolve. Overcoming a divided Congress that's holding the rest of the nation in limbo. Overcoming leaderships' role; that country matters; not districts, one particular state or party but our resolve as a nation.

The office of the president isn't to represent one race, one culture, one creed, one party, or one district; to one state -- yet to represent us all. And that's a moment where all leader in leadership roles must, and shall overcome. Leaders, need to overcome their districts; leaders need to overcome their states; leaders need to overcome their parties. As we overcome our defiant resolve to a united frontier.

Four Years Ago, we as a public and as united people rallied for change. We stand committed to bring change to Washington -- as we now found out, changing the status quo isn't easy, or landscaping fast as we expected. The next generation isn't about one set of values, over the standing of the others. And change isn't about what's in your pocket, or the money value you've contributed; yet its about our vibe on unity.

President Barack Obama, I still believe that our country can overcome. And you're the leader that can drive that change to overcome this nations' hardest obstacles. Overcome some of the violent state our youth have foreseen over the years. Overcome the segregation our poor have foreseen within our government. Overcome the downsizing our workers foreseen during these budget cut canter. And overcome the fear on doing big things our people have foreseen with this neo conservative approach to our economy. And finally end the Downsizing of America; and end the downsizing of our work force, while ending the downsizing of our economic security. Because a country can't grow with a demoting work force, or a demoting view on economic security; and we can't create prosperity on budget cuts alone. As the health and well being of our people and this nation; isn't subjected to a time clock in Washington or posted in New York. And to change Washington -- its our leaders that needs to change; and compromise for the country. We need to change the way we think, change the way we interact, and change our our politicl culture. That's the change we shall and can overcome as one nation under God--which can be indivisable; in order to bring justice to all. That's the dream of America, which is to overcome these tough challenges together.

I still believe that spoken word long ago; if one man can change a candidate. And one candidate can change state; and one state can change a country; imagine what we can do to change the world.

Our economy is improving, as our resolve stays steady; and despite paritisan bickering in Congress -- this country has been trending up on marginal increases. The Dow Jones Industrial has broken the 14000 for the first time in almost 10 years.

Your Legacy

 Its your legacy that matters.

When you're a public figure; your legacy is what matters? Its that artistic swag that shows your artistic view -- as that view inspires a generation to mimic your style. Its the spouse that lays with you, and the children you bare that makes your legacy something to care. As a public figure [entertainment] or a servant of the public; to a public servants, your legacy is what makes you an artists.

 Its your legacy that matters.

Its not about playing sports from the age of 10 to early young adult hood, and bring home more trophies than any can imagine. Its not about being dragged into an industry because your peers had talent, yet as an artists you had the skills. It not about stadiums of people cheering for you; or the finances from those benefits often reaping material in which can consume you.

Its not about the lights, cameras; flashing lights or the finances they perfume you with.

 Its your legacy that matters.

The way you change a program, and become apart of a dynasty. A dynasty that places a town known for swinging bats to the place for youth sports. And changing the dynamics on soci-economics; to a striving place for success. A place were factory workers can change a culture to a vibrant place for Hollywood on mingling with natives.

 Its your legacy that matters.

Your legacy is about who you inspire to sample your work. Your legacy is to craft the drift of a draft into a blood bath on the symbolic path.

 Its your legacy that matters.

Your legacy is about the story of your journey. A journey filled with ups and downs--from the rise, to the fall. Which creates that premiere setting for your mission. It's your legacy that matters, since it matters to your fanatics. It matters to the historians, it matters to your generation -- as it matters to your genetic tree. The things you do, the lives you touch; to the battles won and lost. It's your legacy that counts. From winning your first award as a child, to all the exhausted exhibits garnished as an adult. The life you live is your legacy.

Your legacy isn't about how much money you can consume, or the material items you purchase; as the life of lavish resembles an up scale venture. Your legacy is the journey and story left behind. Whether, you're a hip-hop icon, to the local hip-master; that impression you leave on people becomes a legacy. Whether you have been one of the most nominated, and accomplished writers ever; and lost them all -- to the total opportunist, while getting some nominations and winning them. It's your legacy that matters.

As a artists; strolling throughout the idle threshold -- you create a vision that's remembered by all. Your legacy isn't about the monarchy -- rather the prevention of the hierarchy; which leads to anarchy that mocks malarkey. It's the legacy that matters. You can be an artists; that twist words, peciper the lungs and makes words sound like spontaneous spooning.

 Its your legacy that matters.

From the moment of birth, with that first breath -- to the legacy behind your sun set. You make those who have aspirations to mimic; critique, mock; knock and jock that swag plus style -- it's you legacy that matters. It matters to you, it matters to us, your legacy is you.

 Its your legacy that matters.

In my life time, which will go faster than that in which it came in; a legacy is what makes me -- me; and you -- you. From a child growing into a dynasty -- to a young adult extending the wonder years of that dynasty. All the way into being the program changing icon, and jumping into an industry because your soul had talented skills -- to battling the government which wants to send you over the hill. While being nominated to numerous awards, and losing them all, to being the internet's biggest loser; my how surprising how a legacy can stall. Your legacy is your spot light, your moment; your life.

 Its your legacy that matters.

So live your life, don't be a paper chaser; and live your life -- because nobody can replace you; so live your life. If the life you live shines bright; as the stars are aligned makes that a recommened nomination.

It doesn't matter if you create a moniker out of a screen name into an alias; that forms a pen-name. It's your legacy that counts. Or if that pen-name becomes a symbol greater than greats like, Silence Do-Good Letters; to Mark Twain, from a poet to a novelist; a song writer; to a sonnet creator; and a filmiest to a documentary scriptor. Its your legacy that matters.

 Its your legacy that matters.

Sometimes if you're the best of your craft, or if you're the icon in your profession--the legacy you leave behind won't be honored until your gone. So it doesn't matter if you're a living legend, or a talented soul, envied by many; but loved by all. The only thing that matters is what has been said overall: "Its your legacy that matters." Your talent can come and go, your time on this earth may shine then fade; yet the only thing that stays is your legacy. Its your legacy that matters. I'm TheFanNJ and this is my legacy, are you inspired; are you fired up, will you be ready to go. Because if you are, thank you for remembering my legacy. I didn't start writing to be the next Lankston Huge, or the Shakespeare of this time, to this generations' Allen Poe, or a great public figure like Silence Do-Good; yet as good as Mark Twain, i'm in this to be the best ever. The Greatest Of All Times!
