The Economy!

Dear President Barack Obama

A lot of people have been crying to you about the American economy -- which is pretty sluggish, but the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) where it was reported that: "Real gross domestic product -- the output of goods and services produced by labor and property located in the United States -- increased at an annual rate of 2.4 percent in the second quarter of 2010,(that is, from the first quarter to the second quarter), according to the "advance" estimate released by the Bureau of Economic Analysis. In the first quarter, real GDP increased 3.7 percent."

Even though public sector jobs have been slashed, private sector jobs have been growing and it's showing that your stimulus package--with the other amendments are working as the Bureau shows: "Gross domestic purchases:

Real gross domestic purchases -- purchases by U.S. residents of goods and services wherever produced -- increased 5.1 percent in the second quarter, compared with an increase of 3.9 percent in the first. Disposition of personal income:

Current-dollar personal income increased $123.9 billion (4.1 percent) in the second quarter, compared with an increase of $122.8 billion (4.1 percent) in the first.
Personal current taxes increased $1.3 billion in the second quarter, compared with an increase of $19.6 billion in the first.

Disposable personal income increased $122.6 billion (4.4 percent) in the second quarter, compared with an increase of $103.3 billion (3.8 percent) in the first. Real disposable personal income increased 4.4 percent, compared with an increase of 1.7 percent. (T.A.R.P.)

Despite the banter and rhetoric coming from the Republican base about to much spending and too much taxes--you polices are helping business improve, they're making model citizens work and achieve.

In New Jersey, people are feeling the benefits of your hard work -- as jobs are being created. Even with the high level of taxing or fees done by the new Governor in Chris Christie, New Jersey's Department of Transportation and the New Jersey Transit in July alone brought in revenue of $1.6 billion. Where private sector jobs increased, and infrastructure jobs followed.

As bank have seen higher profits and quality control on investments and return rates -- as asset based lending and traditional lending has sparked a growth in the general economy. Yes the private sector is growing, yet it's not growing fast enough, and the 3.7 increase in the GPD isn't enough to prevent a second double dip. And it's not the polices you have placed that has made this a cry for the double dip.

We are double dipping only on the notion of some leaders refuse to get along -- rant and rave about problems that don't exist, call for budget cut of $1.3 trillion dollars in funding--just to watch 75 million citizens out of the 300 million go bankrupt.

There is a high unemployment rate going on with the 9.5% and many are scratching their heads on why, plus what's going on in the public and private sector. The Private Sector who's companies are based on low wage jobs -- are finding it hard to secure funding, and the Bush Tax cuts don't apply to them--just make it a burden for them to receive tax cut: (abatements) or Tax Credits (Government Contracts) since many of the sources of funding would have to come from legislation that would require local government to pass law for those entities.

I am a small business owner, who was given the opportunity to be a part of a program from the Department of Energy--in the Deepwater Horizon project under the SBIR program. We have filed and has been approved on the federal level for the funding of this program. Yet, we haven't been able to get local government in the city to draft and vote on legislation.

Business, and those that are working hard to improve the quality of life in America are trying, and are playing by the rules -- they are doing everything needed to qualify for the program noted. Like getting a government contract means a small business would have to do the following steps:

1) Before you can bid on government proposals, you'll need to obtain a couple of registrations. First, you will first need to obtain a Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S Number, a unique nine-digit identification number for each physical location of your business. D-U-N-S Number assignment is free for all businesses required to register with the federal government for contracts or grants.

2) Secondly, you'll need to register with the federal government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the primary database of vendors doing business with the federal government. Federal acquisitions regulations require all prospective vendors to be registered in CCR prior to the award of a contract; basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchase agreement. Next, you'll need to fill out the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), in which you provide additional information about your company and its business activities. The Federal Acquisitions Regulations, Section 52.212-3, Offertory Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, explains the information that you'll be asked on ORCA.

3) Businesses interested in getting on a GSA schedule contract, should obtain an Open Ratings, Inc. Past Performance Evaluation. Open Ratings, a Dun & Bradstreet Company, conducts an independent audit of customer references and calculates a rating based upon a statistical analysis of various performance data and survey responses. While some Schedule solicitations do contain the form to request an Open Ratings Past Performance Evaluation, vendors may submit an online request directly to Open Ratings.

I am writing this letter online and sending it to your social networking site-- on the simple notion that we at this company which hosted: The Next Generation of Leaders Movement: has followed all the rules, have registered in the system, and has been using the rule book to the teeth, and we are getting the foot in Jersey City, new Jersey on the simple criteria of campaign contributions, and notary of educational respect.

I am not complaining about the changes you are making, and the chances you are giving citizens to achieve a better life. I am mad about the banter on non transparency in Government at the local levels, and state levels. Coaches! 101 has quilifed and worked hard to achieve that $250,000 in grant moneys from the New Market Tax Credit under the Hire Act--yet it's local government prevent our program. We have done the proper paper filing for the $100,000 SBIR credit from the Department of Energy, and under the rules for "T.A.R.P. we have filed the correct paper work with the SEC, and followed the rules for getting a contract with the United States of America. So where and why is a company like this one having so much problems.

Health Care: Patient Protection Affordable Care Act 2010

Dear President:

During the 2009, President Barack Obama asked his strongest advocates to help pass Health Care Reform. He called on his young leadership groups to be a part of this movement: as organizations from all over the United States came together and worked hard on passing this Reform. Omar Dyer was honored and given the chance to place his name next to the President—as he was given the front copy of: The Patient Protection Affordable Care Act 2010. I am just thanking the President of the United States of America for giving me this front cover certificate of the patient Protection Affordable Care Act.

Health Care will now allow citizens with pre-existing conditions to get the care they need. It will allow seniors who fall in the Dough nut loop hole, to finally have the prescription drugs they need. It will allow small business to purchase quality health care plans, and get a tax credit to help pay for the cost—while engaging in business in America.
It will bring 30 million or more uncovered citizens into the system, as it will slow down the cap. Now for this time and generations to come, Health care is for you, and people will not be capped out, or the prices will not be unaffordable by 2016. That’s what we fought so hard to achieve, and we still have work to do—which is to ensure the Public Option.

Dear President: Public Sector Jobs

Dear President Barack Obama (PTOUS):

To ensure that our economy have a robust and strong revival we need to respect and work with our public sector.
Whether it’s public sector jobs, or public sector funding—a strong economy can’t function with a dwindled public sector. And sometimes to reboot the foot that’s dragging in our way of life, it’s imperative to sacrifice a year of wealth, in order to achieve a sustain common wealth—for years to come.

Over the last couple of months, we have been burden with an increase of hard rhetoric on public stipend jobs, and publicly funded company. The base called true conservatives have leashed an all out attack on Public Jobs, Government Jobs, and public funding. While they rant on the high levels of unemployment, and the lack of funding in loans and tax credits going to small business.

Small Business are the fundamental keys to innovation, and creation on where jobs, and who creates the next generation of resources. We need to work more with and keep the public sector in great strengths with public funding, and make sure our privately owned public companies, or publicly owned private companies—have the resources they would need. Whether it’s financial Reform, in terms of a public stipend on helping business, seal off troubled assets, and allow them engage in business.

This country is well, and it’s strong—as this country is engaging in engineering for the future, and maybe with the public support, and backing from the Government or the public sector—we can unleash the tools to a wealthy economy. Public Funding and how we fund publicly owned and privately owned companies are the true and idea keys to economic growth. As we know economic growth can’t come about without the government making an investment. Whether it’s your local city government, state leaders, and federal law makers, we need to respect, look at way to fund, and grow our public sector. Whether it’s publicly owned and privately owned public companies.

We can’t allow these continued rants of crash and fail the party in power; just to point the finger, and place the blame game of kicking the can down the road. Our time is now, and we are at the turning point in our financial health—our fiscal well being is being crushed by a radical view of cut, to add fees.

Education is the keys and pathways out of poverty—as it ensures a prosperous and economical recovery; when those in need can educated themselves to prosper. That means government has the moral ability or obligation to ensure that teachers have pay that they are proud of. Since poverty is stricken to those that lack the fundamental keys to education. And dispute what ant-government thinkers: Tea-Party representatives—yet, to ensure a growing economy government must provide a stable educational system. That means paying teachers a salary they can be proud of, and have a pension system that rewards them for the years of service. Becoming an educator is not easy, and getting an education to become an educator isn’t cheap. And when a teacher is finally out of debt from the years of education. They barely have room to enjoy that low salary, where a lot of them are working hard just for the pension. We need to give more respect to our educators.

Mr. President, you asked us (American citizens) to rally for health care—as we all came together and passed: The Patient Protection Affordable Care Act 2010. Yet, that just wasn’t enough for those that are persistent to hate the (PTOUS): You Sir President Barack Obama—in your agenda. The public Sector is in crisis mode with rivalry and budget cuts. Some of these cuts have become radical choices, to undermine the hard work—many of us have been doing. We need you to stand strong and help the teachers, and unions in their time of need. Mr. President, I am not placing heavy rhetoric about you: (PTOUS) to do your job: I am working with you, to advocate for teachers. I get the emails, and the cries—as a public notary, and a political candidate for public office: I am proposing this Public Wage Proposal.

On National Security

Here's a preview of the up and coming book for 2011--which is written by Omar Dyer, and his Letters To President Barack Obama--which were read. As one of the few leaders to get the first prints and copies of the front cover of the health Care: Patients Protection Affordablity Care Act 2010: Omar Dyer will soon release all of the letters he wrote to Barack Obama.
Read his letter to Obama: Dear President:

It’s now clear that the President of Iran in Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is walking into slopes of racism against those who are interested in peace. He’s walked away from peace talks, walked away from inclusion—as we have now seen with antics and banter that leaders of a country shouldn’t be engaging in. Leaders in America have been respectful and patients with the Iranian regime. We have tried to baby them—with safe guards and respect. Now it’s clear that the people of Iranian don’t want the leader that has been elected. We can no-longer engage in hateful talks coming from a racist leader in Iran. Islam in itself has never been more respected, has been more inclusive, and has seen genuine prosperity as we have seen to this day.

We are working on a mission to find peace, and prosperity—where a world without nuclear ambitions, options, and war-heads are not the common grounds for fear. It wasn’t the selfish and arrogant behaviors of countries—who wish to prevent a world of fear mongers. It was a President in Mahmoud Ahmadinejad; who refused to drop the notion that they can prosper without advancement of options that contain nuclear proliferation. And the signing of arms with Russia, and the United States was needed to secure peaceful security for small countries in the Middle-East.: We in the United States have defended the notion of hard strikes against Iran, for their president’s racist remarks, and remarks made by a leader shouldn’t be contempt. America has never question the vicinity of a country with remarks that are very questionable. Leaders in America have sighted to respect the country—but now the moment has come.

The president of Iran is a racist and can’t be trusted, where as we have to protect our civil rights to lead. Iran has ignored open peace talks, we (American Leaders) haven’t excluded them (Iran and its racist President) from anything—they made the choice to evade and disrespect. The Iranian President made a choice to strike misguided views, and lies to push terroristic agendas. The type of views leaders shouldn’t make when leading a country—as we have now seen, the full intentions of Iran. American are not cowards, and we don’t fault in terroristic threat, we don’t negotiate with those including president that infuse and incite terror.

Mr. President, is it conclusive for a President to be placed on the National Terrorist Watch list. With the comments coming from this President—every time such a president is given national spotlight. Instead of vowing respect, and inclusion—the misguided and confused President results to insults, finger pointing, and failure to comply cries—no leader should wish death to a country, or imply the words, if they want to lead their people into a positive direction.
